My name is Sarah and I’m a passionate Pilates instructor on a mission to help you connect your body and soul.
I am an APPI certified Mat Pilates instructor with a certificate in Osteoperosis. Also, I am in the process of completing my full comprehensive training with Balanced Body, which includes the reformer, cadillac, chair and laddbarrel.
My love for Pilates began during lockdown when I experienced firsthand its incredible benefits for both body and mind. After overcoming my own struggles with healing and recovery, I found that Pilates was not only a way to build strength but also a practice that fostered mindfulness, presence, and self-connection. The slow, controlled movements, combined with breath and body awareness, transformed the way I moved and felt.
I believe Pilates is for everyone and I strive to make my classes inclusive and accessible for all. My sessions focus on building strength, mobility, and confidence—leaving you feeling challenged, energized, and more in tune with your body.
